It's about focusing on positivity during struggling times.
It's about taking time off to enjoy a moment of pleasure.
It's about showing appreciation for someone.
It's about sharing a cup (or tub) of ice cream with someone (like when I stuffed my son with my testing batch of ice cream and he snapped, "MOM, enough! I am in the middle of a game!!").
